Returns
We hope you love your Five Daughters Jewellery but understand that sometimes you may need to return items. Please read the following instructions if you need to return your order.
Returns for UK customers should be sent to our office address:

Unit H, Bedford Business Centre,
Mile Road, Bedford,
MK42 9TW.
If you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number in your return. You can contact us at hello@fivedaughters.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item, quoting your order number in the subject line for a return form and instructions. Once your request has been approved, we must receive your item no later than 14 days after this otherwise the return process will be refused.
Please ensure you collect proof of postage for your return at the post office, any lost or stolen items with no proof of postage will not be refunded.
The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any initial delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
We do not accept returns on final sale items marked with 'FINAL SALE- NO RETURNS'
